Ingredients
- 8-10 Guerrero® Homestyle Fajitas
- 425g tuna in spring water, drained
- ½ large tomato, chopped
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- ½ cup coriander, chopped
- 2 large limes
Method
1. Place tuna in a glass bowl and add lime juice. Add onion, tomatoes and coriander.
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate/marinate tuna mix for at least 30 minutes before serving.
3. Serve on Guerrero flour tortillas.
Tip
To make the ceviche spicier, add some deveined green chillis.
